Account Registration

Registration Requirements
- Only one account is permitted per person.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
- A valid email address and mobile number must be provided at the time of registration.

Identity Verification (KYC)
taka7 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification when required. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.
If an account is opened with false information, taka7 reserves the right to cancel it immediately, and any deposited funds may be forfeited in such cases.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the taka7 platform:

- You must play of your own free will — placing bets on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on taka7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Keep the receipt for every deposit — it may be needed to resolve disputes.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.
- In cases of suspicious activity, taka7 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for investigation.
Withdrawal time depends on your mobile banking provider and the transaction amount. Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Bonuses and Promotions
taka7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
General Bonus Policy
- Each offer may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
- taka7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse.
- Winnings from bonus balance must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
Any attempt to exploit the bonus system ("bonus hunting") will be treated as fraudulent activity against taka7.
Gaming Rules
taka7 offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, Teen Patti, Ludo, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules which should be read before starting.
Betting Limits
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
- If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, the deposit will be returned.
Cricket Betting
- Betting is available on various cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
- If a match is suspended or abandoned, bet outcomes will be determined according to the relevant rules.
- For in-play betting, all established results are final.
Technical Issues
taka7 is not liable for losses caused by software failure or disconnection. Please contact our support team in such situations.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka7. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account using a third party's identity.
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Placing bets using any automated software or algorithm, including bots.
- Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
- Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
- System manipulation to exploit bonus terms.
- Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour.
If prohibited activity is detected, taka7 may suspend the account without prior notice and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension and Cancellation
taka7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in the following circumstances:
Suspended by taka7
- In the event of a violation of any clause of these terms.
- If registration is completed with false information.
- During an ongoing investigation related to illegal activity.
- For reasons of technical security.
Cancelled by the User
You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. All pending transactions will be completed before the account is closed, and any balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.
Balance Settlement
In the event of account cancellation, actual deposited funds may be refundable. However, bonus balances or winnings from bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been met are not eligible.
Privacy and Security
